Wendy brings 23+ years of insurance industry experience, from owning an independent agency to direct writing and building compliance frameworks. Although insurance and compliance can often seem daunting, Wendy has the unique ability to make it digestible and easy to understand.

Wendy has worked for large insurance agencies such as Coterie and Sentry as well as fast-paced startup, Spot Insurance. Her specialty is interpreting complex regulations and developing frameworks and risk management programs. She analyzes data and identifies loss exposures in order to develop risk mitigation measures. Wendy is an expert at leading cross-functional teams, educating them and implementing company-wide compliance to ensure the long-term success of the organization.

Wendy is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Risk Manager, Fraud Claims Law Specialist and Entrepreneurship/Business Life Coach. She’s also licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health Insurance as well as being certified in Management Coaching/Employee Performance.

Wendy will be with you every step of the way, shepherding you through the insurance requirements and regulation. You won’t want to navigate the insurance landscape without her.

When she’s not working, you can find Wendy outdoors, hiking in her hometown of Asheville, NC with Ed and her 3 cats.
